Essential Reef has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Our standards:
- We prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
- Users can report concerns in-app through our reporting and blocking tools, available on all user-generated content and messages.
- We review reports and remove violating content and accounts.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

How do you ship your corals?
All orders are shipped overnightto ensure everything arrives alive and healthy.Shipping is free on orders over $500
What’s your return policy?
Because corals are live animals,all sales are final. If something arrives DOA, please send a photo within 2 hours of delivery—we’ll make it right.

What does WYSIWYG mean?

WYSIWYG stands for "What You See Is What You Get." If a coral is labeled that way, the exact piece in the photo is the one you'll receive.
