Shipping Info

All our corals are shipped via UPS or FedEx Priority Overnight in thick, insulated Styrofoam boxes to ensure a safe arrival. We include heat packs when temperatures are 65°F or below, and ice packs when it's 80°F or above, depending on the weather at both departure and destination.

We currently ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
No Thursday shipping during winter months.
Please note: if a shipment is delayed near the weekend, delivery may be pushed to the following Monday to protect the health of your corals.


Free shipping is available on orders over $200 (excludes discounted or auction items).
Orders under $200 ship at a flat rate via UPS.


We currently ship only within the lower 48 states.
No P.O. Boxes—physical addresses only.


Live Arrival Guarantee

We stand by the health of our livestock. If a coral arrives dead or damaged, send us clear photos within 2 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt—missed deliveries void the guarantee.

Are your corals pest-free?
Yes. Every coral is dipped, inspected,and quarantined to ensure it's pest-free and thriving before it ships.
Do you sell to both hobbyists and wholesale?
Absolutely. We offer different pricing tiers based on order size—individual collectors get great prices, and wholesale buyers receive bulk discounts.
How do you ship your corals?
All orders are shipped overnightto ensure everything arrives alive and healthy.Shipping is free on orders over $250.
What’s your return policy?
Because corals are live animals,all sales are final. If something arrives DOA, please send a photo within 2 hours of delivery—we’ll make it right.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Select local pick up at checkout and we’ll reach out to schedule a time.
What does WYSIWYG mean?

WYSIWYG stands for "What You See Is What You Get." If a coral is labeled that way, the exact piece in the photo is the one you'll receive.

Yes—we offer professional maintenance for tanks in the Miami area. Contact us for availability and service plans.
