Return Policy

🪸 Live Animals (Corals, Inverts, etc.)

Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, all livestock sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any corals, inverts, or live goods.

We stand by the health and quality of every piece we ship. If your coral arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to make it right.

📦 Dry Goods

We accept returns on unused, unopened dry goods within 72 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in brand-new condition

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving it

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or store credit, minus any original shipping charges.
