Candy Cane Pistol Shrimp
The Candy Cane Pistol Shrimp, also known as the Randall’s Pistol Shrimp, is a striking addition to any reef-safe system. With its bold red and white banded body and oversized snapping claw, this shrimp is both functional and beautiful.
Known for its fascinating symbiotic relationship with certain gobies (like Yellow Watchman Gobies), this shrimp will share a burrow and rely on its goby partner for visual alerts while it maintains and defends the shared home with its signature “snap.”
