Royal Gramma
Royal Gramma (Gramma loreto)
The Royal Gramma is a peaceful and hardy reef fish, famous for its vivid two-tone coloration — a rich, royal purple front half fading into a bright golden-yellow tail. Native to the tropical reefs of the Caribbean, this small but striking fish brings both color and personality to community and reef aquariums.
Known for its shy yet curious nature, the Royal Gramma spends much of its time darting between rock crevices, making it an excellent choice for tanks with plenty of live rock and hiding spots.
